Frédéric Chaidron, an industrial engineer by training, has a wealth of diverse experience in technical sectors, gained over more than 35 years spent in Africa.

In the early 2000s, between Europe and Africa, he actively contributed to the strategic development of a small purchasing office based in Rixensart, Belgium.

At the end of 2008, he founded AFRIMECA INTERNATIONAL SPRL. Thanks to rapid growth, the company expanded its scope of activities and invested in qualified personnel, particularly in Africa, while establishing a highly efficient customer service.

In July 2010, AFRIMECA GUINÉE SARL was established in Conakry, and representative offices were opened in Kinshasa (DR Congo), Cotonou (Benin), Lomé (Togo), Pointe-Noire (Congo-Brazzaville), Freetown (Sierra Leone), Dakar (Senegal), and Abidjan (Ivory Coast). These investments enabled the company to ensure impeccable quality and unwavering reliability across a wide range of import-export activities.

As an authorized SKF distributor for Africa, AFRIMECA INTERNATIONAL SRL has been among the top 10 buyers of this supplier since 2009. Since January 2016, the company has also been a distributor for the SHAEFFLER group (FAG-INA) in Africa.
